Helsinki Education Lecture: “Climate Change Education in England” by Prof. Justin Dillon

  • The Helsinki Education Lecture will be given by Prof. Justin Dillon (UCL’s Centre for Climate Change & Sustainability Education).
Abstract

In this talk, Justin Dillon will describe how climate change education has emerged in the English education system in relation to environmental education and the broader National Curriculum. He will draw on a number of research studies, including those carried out at CCCSE. Finally, Dillon will look at what a research agenda for climate change and sustainability education might look like.
